What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each of our charters is serviced by a professional crew, provided with safety equipment, fuel, and simple snacks and drinks. Depending on the package, sunset charters might offer gourmet snacks, while business charters could have facilities for meetings and tailored catering possibilities.
When should I make a reservation?
Booking is advised at minimum 2–3 weeks ahead to ensure availability, especially from May–September. For special occasions or business events, reserving 4–6 weeks prior is preferable for a wider selection and potential personalization.
What is the protocol for bad weather?
Our priority is safety. We will suggest an alternate date or provide a full refund in case the captain declares conditions to be unsafe. We stay updated on the weather forecasts and will get in touch at least 24 hours before departure if it's looking doubtful.
May I bring my own provisions?
Certainly, guests are permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks onboard. We also offer customized catering services with various menu options. It is important to note that for safety, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Is there accessibility for individuals with mobility restrictions?
It's our aim to host all guests comfortably. Some yachts are better equipped to accommodate individuals with mobility constraints. To ensure the most appropriate yacht and arrangements, please discuss accessibility needs with us at the time of booking.
What are the terms for cancelling?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure, we issue a full refund. Those made between 24–72 hours will receive a partial refund of 50%. Any cancellations within the 24-hour period before departure do not qualify for a refund unless the cause is due to weather or mechanical difficulties on our part.
